The Koffman Southern Tier Incubator, is a business incubator and start-up workspace ideally located in the heart of Binghamton, NY. The Koffman serves as a hub for start-up activity in the region, providing working areas and mentorship that inspire individuals and companies to create and develop transformational, innovative products and ideas.

The University of Texas at San Antonio (UTSA) has created the National Security Collaboration Center (NSCC) to advance research, education and workforce development focusing in the areas of cybersecurity, data analytics and cloud computing. The NSCC builds a collaborative and impactful government-university-industry ecosystem engaging federal agencies, contractor and industry leaders, and academia to solve the nation’s greatest issues surrounding cybersecurity.

NY-BEST will promote energy storage through education and thought leadership; lead the development and deployment of energy storage solutions; and expand markets for energy storage.
